CSR Partnerships

Collaborating for Compliant & High-Impact Social Initiatives

Gyoash Innovation Foundation (GIF) collaborates with corporates, CSR-eligible NGOs, and implementation partners to support the design, structuring, and execution of social development initiatives aligned with nationally recognized development priorities.

The Foundation’s role in CSR engagements is collaborative and non-financial, ensuring that all projects remain fully compliant with applicable CSR regulations and corporate governance requirements.

Our Role in CSR Initiatives

Gyoash Innovation Foundation does not directly receive or deploy Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds. Instead, the Foundation participates in CSR initiatives as:

Program Design Partner

Structuring CSR programs aligned with Schedule VII themes, including objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and outcome metrics.

Implementation Support Partner

Providing technical, operational, and coordination support to CSR-eligible NGOs and institutions executing projects on the ground.

Monitoring & Documentation Partner

Supporting impact measurement, progress tracking, documentation, and reporting frameworks required by corporate CSR teams.

This model ensures clarity of roles, regulatory compliance, and effective project execution.

Partnership Model

CSR projects involving GIF are typically structured as tripartite or multi-party collaborations, involving:

  • A corporate entity implementing its CSR obligations
  • One or more CSR-eligible NGOs / institutions as fund recipients and executing agencies
  • Gyoash Innovation Foundation as a program, technical, or implementation support partner

All financial flows related to CSR are routed directly between corporates and CSR-eligible implementing entities, in accordance with statutory requirements.

Thematic Alignment

GIF supports CSR initiatives that align with nationally recognized social development priorities, including:

Promotion of education and digital learning

Skill development and capacity building

Rural development initiatives

Digital inclusion and access to technology

Reducing inequalities through educational and institutional support

These themes are aligned with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013, and guide program conceptualization and partnership discussions.
