  • Monitoring, documentation, and impact assessment

This approach ensures scalability, compliance, and responsible execution.

CSR Engagement Approach

Gyoash Innovation Foundation does not directly receive or deploy Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds.

For CSR-driven initiatives, the Foundation participates strictly as:

A program deasign partner,

A technical or implementation support partner, or

A collaborating entity,

Working in association with CSR-eligible NGOs or institutions, in accordance with applicable legal and governance requirements.

This structure ensures that all CSR engagements remain fully compliant, while allowing corporates and implementation partners to benefit from structured program frameworks and execution support.

Donations & Tax Exemption

Ultra-Fine, Seamless Display Technology for Mission-Critical Spaces

The Foundation accepts voluntary donations from individuals and non-corporate contributors to support its charitable objectives.

Gyoash Innovation Foundation has received provisional registration under Section 12A and approval under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
Accordingly, eligible donations made to the Foundation qualify for income tax deduction under Section 80G, subject to applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act.

All donation receipts and statutory documentation are issued in accordance with legal requirements.
