Gyoash Innovation Foundation (GIF) is a not-for-profit organization incorporated as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013.

The Foundation is established to design and support impact-driven social development initiatives, with a primary focus on education, digital inclusion, and community capacity building across India.

GIF functions as a program design and implementation support organization, working collaboratively with registered NGOs, institutions, and community-based entities to address priority development needs in a structured, measurable, and compliant manner.

Enabling Inclusive & Sustainable Social Development Guided by its mission, Gyoash Innovation Foundation designs and supports technology-enabled, partnership-led social development programs focused on expanding access to quality digital education, particularly in rural and underserved communities.

Gyoash Innovation Foundation collaborates with corporates, CSR-eligible NGOs, and institutions to support the design, structuring, and monitoring of CSR initiatives aligned with national priorities.

Important CSR Clarification:

GIF does not directly receive CSR funds

GIF is not a CSR-eligible implementing agency

All CSR financial flows remain directly between corporates and CSR-eligible implementing entities

Tax Benefits on Donations

Gyoash Innovation Foundation has received:

  • Provisional approval under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961
Eligible donations qualify for tax deduction under Section 80G, subject to applicable provisions of law.

Transparency & Accountability

GIF adheres to ethical governance, statutory compliance, transparent fund utilization, proper documentation, and audit readiness.
